A highly recommended stop for Xinjiang specialities on Dominion Road. On this visit I ordered Urumqi-style pilaf, Urumqi baked buns and the house-special Xinjiang big-plate chicken. The three dishes made a varied spread: a platter of rice with meat and carrots, four golden baked buns, and a large plate of chicken with potatoes, dried red chillies and green peppers in a red sauce. The chicken formed the centrepiece of the table, with the pilaf and buns alongside it. My verdict after this visit: Highly Recommended.
